替尔泊肽伴侣 (Tirzepatide Companion) is a local-first personal health tracking app for people managing tirzepatide (Mounjaro / Zepbound) treatment. It has no user accounts and no custom server for your health data.

• No account system
• No advertising SDKs in the app
• Apple Health data is read-only and stays on your device
• Optional Venoka Cloud backup is end-to-end encrypted and shared across iOS, Android, and Web
• The app records information; it never gives dosing or medical advice

With your permission, the app reads the following from Apple Health. It never writes to Apple Health, and this data stays on your device — it is not uploaded by the app to iCloud, Venoka Cloud, or anywhere else.

Weight, blood glucose, and blood pressure are available to everyone. The remaining vital signs are imported only for the optional Premium upgrade. You can revoke Health access anytime in iOS Settings › Health.

• Optionally create or update one low-detail event in a Calendar you select
• Show a minimal current-shot snapshot in a Home Screen widget through an on-device App Group
• Generate a doctor-facing PDF summary that you choose to share
• Display trends such as weight and dose history
• Check your App Store purchase entitlement on the device

The app never provides diagnosis, dosing instructions, or treatment advice.

• No health-data backend. We do not operate a server that receives your treatment records or Health data.
• Optional Venoka Cloud encrypted backup. If you enable it, user-entered treatment setup, optional prescribed-dose records, actual injections, symptoms, check-ins, notes, and custom metrics are encrypted on-device with AES-256-GCM before upload to Venoka's Cloudflare Worker/D1 service. The service stores ciphertext, revision metadata, and a one-way vault credential hash only; Venoka cannot decrypt the records. Apple Health readings, Calendar identifiers, purchases, widgets, and analytics identifiers are excluded. The same contract is used by iOS, Android, and Web.
• Optional anonymous analytics (TelemetryDeck). Analytics is off by default and starts only if you enable it in Settings. The app then sends anonymous usage signals (for example "a shot was logged"). These signals never contain your notes, dose values, injection sites, doctor names, or any Apple Health values. A hashed, device-derived identifier is used to count usage; it is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising. Turning the setting off stops future signals.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We do not use a third-party billing service and do not receive or store your purchase details; the app only checks your entitlement on the device.
• Sharing you initiate. When you export a PDF or a JSON backup, you choose where it goes via the iOS share sheet.
• Calendar and widget. Calendar sync is off by default and creates one low-detail reminder only after you enable it; disabling sync removes that app-created event. The widget reads only a minimal on-device snapshot and does not receive notes, symptoms, or Apple Health data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Your records live on your device by default. If you enable Venoka Cloud, the encrypted backup remains until you pause automatic backup or delete the vault from Settings › Venoka Cloud. Deleting the vault removes its ciphertext and credential hash; local records remain on the device. You can export a full JSON backup at any time from History › Data management.

Ultrabirdy uses Google Analytics 4 on this website to understand page visits and product interest. Website analytics is separate from the app and does not use Apple Health data.
