For useful support, include your iPhone model, Apple Watch model, iOS/watchOS versions, whether Health permissions were granted, and what transfer status you saw in the iPhone app.
Open the Watch app and grant Health permissions when prompted.
Choose round settings and start a Heavy Bag session from Apple Watch.
Complete the timer or stop early to save a session summary.
Open the iPhone app to see synced sessions and round-level review.
Confirm Health access is granted for heart rate and workout writing in the Health app or Settings.
Heart rate appears only when Apple Watch can collect a sensor reading during the workout.
Keep Apple Watch and iPhone nearby, then open the iPhone app after training to receive the session.
Heavy Bag Score is for heart-rate fitness tracking and session review, not punch-power measurement, medical advice, or injury-prevention guidance.
